User Agreement

Effective date: 22 January 2026

This User Agreement governs the use of the website https://pasilix.com and the services provided by the operating companies. By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Service Provider

The services are provided by the following legal entities, depending on the specific service:

• Pasilix Ltd, Republic of Bulgaria
• FixarHost Ltd, England and Wales

2. Services

The following services may be provided, depending on availability and the selected plan:

• Web Hosting
• Mail Hosting
• Website Creation & Development
• WordPress Hosting
• SEO Optimization
• Domain & DNS services

The exact scope of each service is defined in its respective description or agreement.

3. Eligibility

The services may be used by any natural or legal person who is legally permitted to use such services under applicable law.

4. User Obligations & Prohibited Activities

Users agree to use the services lawfully and responsibly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal content or activities
• Spam, mass mailing, or abuse
• Malware, viruses, trojans, or malicious code
• Phishing, fraud, or scams
• DDoS, brute-force attacks, or network abuse
• Copyright or intellectual property infringement
• Excessive or abusive use of system resources
• Unauthorized access attempts
• Any activity that harms third parties or violates applicable law

5. Violations and Enforcement

In the event of a violation, measures may be taken depending on the severity of the breach, including but not limited to:

• Temporary suspension of services
• Immediate termination of services
• Restriction or removal of content
• Termination without refund, where applicable
• Cooperation with competent authorities when legally required

6. Payments and Refunds

• Services are prepaid, unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Refunds are provided only in cases of proven fault on the part of the service provider, or
• when explicitly specified for a particular service
• Payments are processed through third-party payment processors

7. Termination

• For standard services, the agreement may be terminated at any time, in accordance with the terms agreed for the specific service
• The provider may terminate services in case of violations or non-payment
• Termination does not automatically entitle the user to a refund unless explicitly stated

8. Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable and professional efforts to provide stable and reliable services. However, due to the technical nature of the services, interruptions or issues may occur.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or 100% error-free operation
• We are not liable for lost profits, indirect, or consequential damages
• Parts of the infrastructure are maintained by third-party data center and infrastructure providers, and issues outside our direct control may occur
• Responsibility for physical infrastructure and hardware lies with the respective data center provider
• Where applicable, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the affected service

9. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this User Agreement unilaterally. Changes take effect upon publication. We are not obliged to provide prior notice. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with:

• the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria
• applicable European Union law
• the laws of the United Kingdom

The applicable law and jurisdiction depend on the specific service, the operating company, and the territory of the user.
