Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of all services provided through https://pasilix.com .
This AUP is an integral part of the User Agreement, and any violation of this AUP constitutes a violation of the User Agreement.

1. Scope

This AUP applies to all services provided by the service provider, including but not limited to:

• Web Hosting
• Mail Hosting
• Website Creation & Development
• WordPress Hosting
• SEO Optimization
• Domain & DNS services

2. General Principles

Users agree to use the services in a lawful, responsible, and ethical manner, in compliance with:

• applicable laws of the Republic of Bulgaria
• applicable European Union law
• applicable laws of the United Kingdom (UK)

Users are responsible for all content, actions, and activities performed through their accounts.

3. Prohibited Content and Activities

The following content and activities are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

3.1 Illegal and Harmful Content

• any content that is illegal under applicable law
• content that violates laws or regulations of BG / EU / UK
• child sexual abuse material or exploitation (zero tolerance)
• content promoting violence, terrorism, or hatred
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights

3.2 Abuse, Fraud, and Malicious Activity

• phishing, scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
• malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, backdoors, or malicious code
• unauthorized crypto mining
• distribution of harmful or deceptive software

3.3 Email and Network Abuse

• spam, mass mailing, or unsolicited communications
• mail abuse or misuse of email services
• DDoS attacks, brute-force attempts, or network attacks
• interference with network integrity or service availability

3.4 System and Resource Abuse

• excessive or abusive consumption of system resources
• attempts to bypass security mechanisms
• unauthorized access or probing of systems
• actions that negatively affect other users or third parties

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP.

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• temporary suspension of services
• immediate termination of services
• restriction or removal of content
• termination without refund, where applicable
• cooperation with law enforcement or competent authorities when legally required

5. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• securing their accounts and credentials
• maintaining backups of their data
• ensuring that their use of the services complies with this AUP and applicable law

6. Reporting Abuse

Suspected violations of this AUP may be reported to:

7. Changes to This AUP

We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

8. Relationship to Other Policies

This AUP forms part of and must be read together with:

• User Agreement
• Privacy Notice
• Cookie Policy

In the event of a conflict, the User Agreement shall prevail.
